Rob Oetjens

Rob Oetjens is a graduate of Monroe Catholic Central High School, Eastern Michigan University School of Police Staff and Command, Federal Bureau of Investigation Instructor Development School and Wayne State University Driver Education Program. Rob Served 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a military policeman and criminal investigator. He is now retired after 26 years with the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office as a deputy sheriff / defensive tactics instructor/field training officer, lieutenant and major. Rob has been married to his wife Kathleen, a Monroe Public Schools teacher for over 25 years and they have two adult children. Rob is also a volunteer driver for Monroe Cancer Connection spending his time taking patients to appointments at regional hospitals.
